Our End-of-Life care service is there to support those who choose to spend their remaining time wherever they feel most comfortable, whether that means being surrounded by loved ones or simply being able to drink out of your favourite mug. We understand how difficult these decisions can be and aim to support you and your loved ones to the best of our ability during this period.
The service we provide
We try to make things simple, for example, Acre Care’s end of life (or palliative) care service includes working with the relevant authorities to ensure that if the circumstances demand it, you get home safely and are properly cared for. We ensure that your independence remains the number one priority.
Who will care for my loved one?
We offer bespoke solutions according to your wants and needs, all provided by a team of trained, experienced, and professional carers. We can work with loved ones who you would like to be involved to make sure that everybody is aware of all of the issues and fully informed.
