Dementia Care at home may lessen the impact of dementia, by allowing the service user to remain where they feel most comfortable and familiar. From here, Acre Care can help by making sure that you or a loved one are assisted with their daily needs. Our Dementia Care packages are built around your requests and requirements, which can be assessed during an initial free consultation.
How it works:
This consultation allows us to see how we can best meet your needs, whilst also allowing you some time to get to know our team better and ask any questions that you might have. If there is anything you would like, do not be afraid to ask – dementia should never mean that you lose your autonomy, which is why we try to ensure your independence is retained to the best of our ability whilst we support you.
Who will care for my loved one?
Our team are trained and professional carers. – across the business we have four dementia champions. They are volunteers who try to encourage others to make a positive difference to people living with dementia in their community. They do this by sharing information about the personal impact of dementia, and what they can do to help
